Michelle Froah is the Global Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer and SVP of Corporate Solutions at ETS, a global leader in education and talent solutions serving nearly 50 million people annually across 200+ countries and territories. A powerhouse in brand transformation and innovation, Michelle has built and scaled iconic brands across consumer goods, tech, financial services, and education. Prior to joining ETS, she was SVP of Global Brand & Marketing at MetLife, and held senior roles at Samsung Electronics America, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble—where she led the Samsung brand rebuild; grew Kotex into a $1B global brand and relaunched COVERGIRL behind LashBlast, respectively. Michelle is a sought-after thought leader on global marketing, innovation, and the future of work.
